Most of the people who have used CJ Black by Rue21 have commented that it’s more suited for teenagers. Like with every fashion option, this is definitely not a rule. If you feel young and want to try something that smells citrusy and musky then go ahead and try CJ Black. Don’t let anyone tell you that you should use something because it fits your age. Explore and assess your options. Considering this cologne isn’t expensive it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try it on anyway. What do you have to lose?
CJ Black by Rue21 will most definitely get you compliments though as you’re going to have an exciting smell all day. The cologne is medium lasting as it will last you about 6 hours after a couple of sprays. So it may last you a whole day of work or school, but if it’s important to you that you keep that smell all day long then you should probably pack a bottle with you and spray a couple of more sprays midday. Considering it’s not very long lasting it can be a great smell to wear when you’re out running errands as well. Wouldn’t hurt to get a few compliments while at the market.
The bottle has a simple design and is all black except for the name of the cologne. Some users have complained that the bottle leaks a little so this may lead to the perfume running out faster, but hopefully they were a few bad bottles and the company fixed the issue later on.
At a price of under 20 dollars this isn’t a bad investment at all and wouldn’t hurt you to try something new.
