Prada Luna Rossa Cologne Review

In September 2012 Prada released its new fragrance for men: Prada Luna Rossa Cologne for Men. You may find the name a bit unusual but it actually translates to Red Moon. Red Moon is a sailing team that participates in American sailing cup competitions. The name is very well chosen and suits the cologne perfectly as it is inspired by sailing, marine nature, and a tremendous desire for victory and all that’s new. In case you’re unfamiliar with the creator of this fragrance, Prada, let me tell you a little about it. Founded in 1913 Prada has been one of the leaders of fashion for over 100 years and is an Italian luxury fashion house. The company makes handbags, shoes, accessories, and perfumes. If you own a Prada product then you know the exceptional quality the company produces. Their products are a tad expensive but if you want the best then you have to pay a little extra. The company has over 600 boutiques worldwide and a huge customer base. Building a reputation like that of Prada’s isn’t easy but they’ve made it and haven’t looked back since.

Famous perfumer Daniela Andrier is the person behind the creation of this product and has composed it around lavender mainly. There’s also a smell of citrus in the fragrance. Once you spray it on it can be a little strong at first but it calms down in a few minutes and gives a spicy and fresh smell that will enrich your senses. The scent is also long lasting which means you won’t have to spray it on every couple of hours. Just a few sprays in the morning and you’re set for the rest of the day. It’s definitely a sexy perfume and not only will you love the way you smell, but you’ll also get tons of compliments from women who won’t be able to resist your aroma and will naturally be drawn to you.

The shape of the bottle is unique as well as it is inspired by a sailing boat and its white and red colors are delightful to look at. Everything about this perfume is exciting, well apart from its price. It costs around 80$ which is somewhat expensive, but like we said if you want Prada’s quality and fame then you have to pay a little more.
